Our family has a long history of fishing these waters. Our ancestors fished to feed their families; later our father made his living as a full-time fisherman. Together we opened a seafood restaurant in An Bang when it was still a sleepy seaside village.

Times have changed. Over-fishing and plastic pollution mean seafood is no longer healthy or sustainable. Together we decided to create An Bang's very first vegan restaurant by the sea.

Almost a decade on, we serve fresh, nutritious local produce in the beauty and tranquility of our garden — reflecting our respect and love for animals and the natural environment.

In honour of our forefathers we kept the name The Fisherman — the good fisherman who cares for the wellbeing of all living things. Enjoy your meal, prepared and served with love.
